I am in awe that there are staff that *********ly upgrade contracts and do as they please at MTN.Some Kuvashni Naidoo called me to offer a month to month plan which was going to be R59 on one of my contracts,thus saving me money.

She falsely upgraded 2 of my contracts on a 24 month term.I want this to be investigated as this is wrong .Staff cannot do as they please just to meet their targets.

I am sure if you had to investigate her sales there are many other people she has misled,thus bringing disgrace to MTN as a brand.

My bill for the month has shocked me and I want it to be resolved .I needed to upgrade to a device at the store and was told I needed to pay approximately R300 bcoz my number was signed up for the next 24 months.

Her operandi for daylight robery is not on!!!!

I hope MTN treats this with priority.
