MTN - ********* Practices
I am really getting tired of MTN, I have never met such *********** people. I signed a contract that clearly states that I have to pay R249.00 per month , June it went out as normal then July R339 I reversed the money because I cant afford it and paid R249 as per contract, I have sent my contract numerous time still its not getting resolved today got an SMS saying they will debit me R439,00. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE I AM SICK AND TIRED OF THIS. They keep sending me SMS'S that they loaded 2G'S on my phone but I only receive one and clearly I am getting charged for 2G's. I am only will to pay R249 as per the contract . I WANT THE ARREARS REMOVED or will take the matter to the Ombudsman.
