MTN Uncontactable

We urgently meed help with my husband's phone number as it appears his International roaming has been removed by MTN. His laptop needs working on and a PIN needs to be sent from Google but he is unable to receive because he is unvontactable. NO customer care numbers are working. All we get is a message 'network busy' cannot connect. Please can someone urgently assist and phone him *** CD Gerber
