Mtn uncapped wifi ****

I got uncapped wifi from Mtn, firstly wifi was not active for a whole week. Secondly I paid a prorata fee and a month in advance, when mtn debits the next month they debited double the amount. When I went to the store in Vincent park I was td since I ordered online I need to call the call center because they can’t assist people who did not buy at the store 🌚. Called the call center was told mtn is aware and they are investigating the matter. That time that was not communicated to me.
