MTN Uncapped Wi Fi dealbR499 adverti*****ts.

Again after 5 letter plus an affidavit stating ***** is taking place on my account no sim or line activation happen ..but they still deduct today R1283 from my account and no services were renderd by MTN for they never activated the sim or wi fi (uncapped) so how in this world can you charge someone for a line and sim never activated and the router has been plugged out from 15 of February 2022 due to the lines never activated coukd not use thecwibfi up until today..
