We are terribly sorry for the inconveniences that you experienced as a result of this. We completely understand the frustration it causes.

The '1 day unlimited' service lasts for 24 hours once activated. A fair usage policy of 150MB will however apply which a speed rate of 128kbps will be app****, for the remainder of the 24hrs.\
