MTN uncapped package is a big no no

I app**** for their home uncapped package on Friday the 15th of October 2021, and today is the 20th of October 2021, I've returned to the store 5 times to report that it doesn't work, I was told the SIM card has not been Rica's, I was also told it would take 48 working hours, and it's 5 days later and still nothing, I would rather recommend Vodacom, considering you walk in get your SIM and it's working before you walk out. MTN does not care about their customers otherwise my problem wouldve been sorted out already, I'm beginning to see all this as a lie and MTN needs to sort this out
