MTN Uncapped Home Internet SHOCKING!

I ordered and paid for MTNs uncapped home internet Thursday 23Jan2025. MTN states delivery occurs 1 to 3 days. It is now 8 days later and I have not received my device and able to connect yet. I have cancelled my current provider to move over to MTN, I will be without connectivity from tomorrow because MTN cannot deliver on their promises.

To put salt in the wound, I was charged a pro rata rate for this month, but I have not received the router/device or been connected to the internet. That is not fair practice. I am being charged for not using the internet.
