MTN UNCAPPED HOME INTERNET

These past few weeks I have realized that MTN uncapped home internet 10mbs is not at all performing well....yes, if you're not happy, they'll tell you, you can upgrade to 20mbs just to get more out of you. Funny thing is, when I purchased it in Dec '23 @ R259/month, it was super fast, 4 months later they increased it to R269/month, but connectivity was still fast. Not even a year has gone by since the last price increase & they just increased it again to R295 to cover costs & whatever other bs they spin you to justify it!!!! However, as for the connectivity speed, all of a sudden it is now a frustrating waiting game...🤨 So, MTN is now part & parcel of milking the consumer...increased tariffs & POOR connection service, less for more....let that sink in....😕 I will not miss it when I cancel it.
