Mtn uncapped feels like it's a ****.

We purchased a uncapped contract for 499. They sent the Sim and router but since 2 days ago we have been phoning for them to activate it and being put thru to consultant after consultant. We tried going into the mtn store but they say they can't help. Really heartbreaking. The consultants also don't really even sound sorry.
