MTN unbelievably poor service!!

This email was sent to MTN complaints department yesterday: On the 18th of July I gave my phone in for repairs at the MTN Waterfall Mall shop in Rustenburg. NOT A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE AT ALL! They told me the repairs would take three weeks. Today, more than three weeks later, I called the After Sales Contact Centre and was told by Nozipo that the phone was sent to the repairs centre YESTERDAY! This she told me while eating / chewing. My contract with MTN is more than 15 years going already and never have I experience this kind of incompetency before. Is there any competent person who can possibly give me answers as to when I can expect my phone (Still under warranty) back????
