MTN Unbearable service

I have had such an unbearable experience with MTN contact center and in store, I am trying to setup an E-SIM on my smartphone, no one is able to assist with any information regarding this or even how to set it up, when i call in i just get transferred from department to department or the line gets dropped, when arriving at a store they tell me they cannot assist. Why advertise something if you cannot deliver?
