Firstly, still waiting for feedback on query REQ:*** since 26/02/2016.<br> <br> Secondly, cannot make any calls to other networks. <br> Call center systems are down. restarted phone,<br> i think i should rather do a contract buyout.

Kindly be advised that query REQ:*** logged on the 2016/02/26 21:44:09 the matter was resolved Provision was done on the on 21 Feb 2016 and the next provision will be on the regular provisioning date which will be the 21st of each month.
Please note we are currently experiencing a network problem, Support is investigating however your number has been refreshed on the network.
We would like to assure you that we are actively working to improve our service levels.
