MTN-Unauthorized deductions from bank account

Terrible service, I canceled my contract switch to Prepaid in advance, but MTN still deducted another month. I didn't receive the data nor the calls but the debit order was deducted.

This is how they ***** from people if you not vigilant. I phoned, was waiting on the line for more than 45 minutes, spoke to a bunch of people, with no real answer I asked them to escalate my query as I was not satisfied with the answer.

Iam definitely moving to another service provider if you thinking of taking out contract with MTN please think again!
