MTN unauthorized contract upgrade!!!

I have had a contract with Mtn and in January this year it was upgraded without my consent, I was paying R59pm and since the upgrade I have been paying over R700pm, I had asked Mtn on numerous times to give me the recording on where I authorized the contract upgrade with only being left on hold for 20min to an hour and no help.

This is steeling my money and i am now going to go a more legal way, does anyone know who can help with this issue?
