MTN UNAUTHORISED SUBSCRIPTION

I would like to know why I've received a message that an unauthorised subscription (Lifestyle TV) had been charged to my account? It appears that there has been some breach on MTN's side as suddenly so many MTN clients are being charged for unauthorised subscriptions. MTN is no help as one cannot speak to a consultant when phoning them and when I sent an email I was told to take up my complaint with Lifestyle TV! I don't even know who the hell Lifestyle TV is!!!!!
