MTN Unauthorised Debit Orders
I did a upgrade 26 April 2015 , the package was a Top up 100 @R199-00 per month including BIS.The first month which was April cost were R199-00 ,May R309-00 due to upgrade fee ,June R199-00 ,July R199-00<br> but then August R1328-15 !!! September R3410-55 !!! October R3609-60 !!!<br> I made 10 phone calls , sent 11 emails and posted 5 messages on their facebook page. They agreed to refund me R6757-00 . I only received R3911 back. It has been 22 days that I have been waiting for my money to be refunded. I signed for a R199 package , MTN this is in breach of contract and you had no authorisation to exceed my monthly debit order that I signed for. You dint reply to my calls or mails. I have mails that you confirmed that you will contact me. This has not happened This is beyond poor service!!!

We are truly sorry for the inconvenience caused.
We've perused the account and see that the credit that was allocated to your account depleted your invoices for the month of October 2015. This is how you were only credited R3911.68 on the 13th of November 2015.
We see that a request was logged through to the call centre to our Banking Department and the request is still pending The reference number for the request logged is REQ:***.
