MTN Unacceptable

MTN !!!! pathetic !!! DID YOU KNOW!? If you have downloaded the MTN App from Google Play store and you have over 11 000 (eleven thousand Yello Bucks and you accidently say "donate " as I wanted to donate them to my family who needs its. I contacted 083 135 immediately to reverse the donation, I spoke to someone in the call centre, ( after phoning 3 times ) name unknown and was told that the Donation cannot be reversed. REALLY? UNACCEPTABLE MTN !!!!!

ALso your call center is unacceptable.
