MTN Unacceptable!!!!
My wife has been harrassed over the last couple of months from MTN to do her upgrade. About 2 weeks ago she went into the MTN Store in Grahamstown and selected a package and ordered a New Iphone XR 256. She has been phoned a couple of times from the local store to say that they are unable to locate a phone for her and that she has to wait longer. While the service from the local store has been great, and myself and my wife have been with them for as long as they have been open, the waiting for a phone from Head Office is unacceptable. My wife is contemplating porting her number over to Vodacom as they have stock of the phone she wants and she doesn't have to wait. Are MTN seriously wanting to lose customers like that?????
