MTN unable to Upgrade

I have been struggling to upgrade for over a month now and apparently the new system doesn't allow for it to ba captured. I have been to Cape Gate and Canal walk and even called your RUDE Customer care and retentions line with no luck.. The retention lady tells me that "this system isn't working and I probably won't get a salary this month, and YOU worried about an upgrade!!" WOW!!! How has your system now become MY problem?
