MTN unable to reverse my airtime

I find this so frustrating. I open my bank app and I find a suspicious account balance, only to find out that 800 airtime was bought. I called MTN and they do not want to reverse it in instead, they are transferring me to a debt collector without even hearing my issue. I find this very unprofessional. I am a very loyal custome,r and this is the treatment I get!
