MTN unable to resolve the issue

I have been trying to resolve an issie since Novemeber 2020. SInce MTN are impossible to reach by phone and they simply to not reply by email the issue is still ongoing and what is totally unacceptable is they are adding monthly charges to my bill. This is wrong on every level.
