MTN UNABLE TO RESOLVE PROBLEM

I have ordered a product from MTN and have been pushed from piller to post. I received someone else's order in my delivery and returned it to the nearest MTN branch as instructed. After many attempts and emails explaining the situation it has not been resolved . Its been over 3 weeks and the same email stating my product has been delivered is sent everytime. I have to this day received nothing. I had even paid an upfront fee for the product.
