MTN unable to resolve issue - REF ***

MTN unable to resolve issue with connection; calls received; calls made since i received a new handset in September 2023. I have contacted MTN telephonically on various occasions since I received the new handset and several times MTN have instructed on a different solution but NOTHING is sorting out the problem. The operator attending to my call on 07/03/2024 said that if the solution doesnt work, I must call again, which I did and then I got a reference number *** and was told someone will call me within a few days. Since nobody contacted me, I called again and was told someone will call in 48 hours - it's been days and no call. I am unable to receive calls as either the person cannot hear me or the call gets cut mid-conversation or just gets cut after a few rings; I also cannot make calls as the other person cannot hear me. Some calls just don't come through at all. This is unfortunately not good enough anymore.- it has been 7 months and the problem has not been resolved. *I am able to make whatsapp calls with no problem though - it's the normal calls that does not work. My expectation is for MTN to escalate this issue and get someone with a brain to sort this out right NOW.
