MTN unable to refund Fradulent account

There has been a 2 ********** accounts opened in my name, how they managed to open it I don't know, MTN requested me to send an affidavit and my id for them to cancel the ********** accounts,I did what they requested, MTN deducted money from my account but I was able to reverse some of the money and still had an outstanding of 2462.16 that needs to be reimbursed into my account. I Have been calling MTN for the past 2 months requesting for my refund and cancellation of the accounts,everyday I am told that they are escalating the email to legal so that they can refund me, I feel that this is very disappointing because I just want my money and they keep giving me reference numbers. I am not happy at all.
