MTN unable to rectify their overcharging.
I am being charged for a device on a contract that was cancelled. It is impossible to get through to anyone that will help. Every month they ***** more money from me, and no one can help. I have reference numbers for the contract cancellation but the call centre can do nothing, the branch can do nothing. All they do is transfer you to 'retentions' where you will be on hold for ever.
