MTN Unable to provide the most basic of serviced

I cancelled a subscription during November 2020 giving the required 30 days notice. 7 months later despite numerous email correspondence they continue to debit my account monthly. If I return the debit order they merely double up the next month. Utterly unprofessional service provided and very annoying and frustrating experience.
