MTN Unable to do SIM Swap!!!!!

I Lost my iPhone and once cancelled through mtn and requested a sim swap, yet this is no simple task for mtn whereas Cell C or Vodacom are able to do this task in a matter of minutes. The call centers are absolutely PATHETIC well unless you want to take out a new contract then there is no waiting time at all. mtn keep saying that they are experiencing a 'High Call Volume' even at the times I've called (14:00, 19:00 & 04:00) it is an absolute GIMMICK just to save money and employ less people, mtn service delivery is by far the WORST COMPANY IN AFRICA!!! I have yet to wait for my number to be activated and it is not a difficult task AT ALL. Home affairs renewal of my passport took a lot less time and I'm paying mtn to have such HORRIBLE SERVICE.The call center agents keep passing the buck saying it is the store, the store keeps saying it is head office. I have a current contract with mtn to which I WILL CANCEL, to which I was asked to do a quote for 35 contracts for business phones for my current employer and mtn will NOT be considered! VODACOM, CELLC IS THE WAY TO GO!! mtn DOES NOT KNOW WHAT SERVICE DELIVERY IS AND IF YOU DON'T WANT SUPPORT AND CONSTANT ISSUES GO FOR mtn!!!!!
