MTN unable to deliver on advertised service

I activated my datashare on my MTN package and linked two MTN numbers in December. In January I removed the two numbers. Later I tried to add them again but with no success. Reported theproblem in January and received a referance number. Nothing happened. Reported it again in March with another referance number bur still data share can not be activated on the other to numbers or added to my package. NTN is advertising something they are unable to deliver on
