MTN Unable to Change STATEMENT Address !!

I am trying to change my STATEMENT address of by billing document to my new address since August 2022 and still MTN cannot get that right. I have sent numerous emails, and every time I am promised it is changed, but the next time I received by Bill via Email, it still reflects my OLD ADDRESS.

I do not think it can be such a difficult operation, that nobody could get it right since August 2022 !!!
