MTN unable to carry out a simple sim swap request

MTN has been unable to carry out a sim swap for me. It has been over 10 days and no one has been able to assist with the escalation that was done by MTN Brooklyn in Pretoria. The service is so terrible and no one is willing to provide me with the assistance I need.

MTN can you please complete my sim swap request. For 10 days without a phone, no one can get hold of me. Everyday I am losing money, as my clients are unable to get hold of me.
