MTN UNABLE TO BLACKLIST MY PHONE (LACK OF ACCOUNTABLITY FROM MTN, AFFECTING MY INSURANCE CLAIM)

My phone was ****** on the 1st of Nov and I have been trying to get it blacklisted with MTN. I have called every day to try to resolve the matter but MTN keeps telling me that they need to 1st white list the phone before they black list it. and each time I call to follow up they tell me there was no whitelisting application done, this only means that MTN hires *********** staff because all the agents that I called ALL SAID the White listing is processed.

I NEED HELP AND MTN IS NOT ASSISTING ME IN ANY WAY even at the shop the phone just rings but each time you go there the shop is empty which only means that they ignore calls on purpose.
