MTN UNABLE TO ASSIST OR PROVIDE ANY HELP

<p>I upgraded via MTN direct almost 2 weeks ago and still no phone has been delivered I spoke to the courier company last week and they promised delivery still nothing has happened , I have contacted MTN more than 30 times being transferred to more than 30 people unable to assist. I have 5 contracts with MTN which I will be cancelling the service from MTN is the worst service i have ever received from any company , they have no strutures nor a central point which can assist , I have been to the branches and all they do is tell me to contact MTN , I am horrified that a company like this can still be in operation and will be taking this further as this is against the consumer protection policy and now im paying for an upgrade but still have not received the phone - EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED</p>
