MTN unable or unwilling to resolve problems on router device and software.

Quick to sell me a product and device but not helpfull or qualified to assist me to sort a issue out. The issue I now have is more important. I have downloaded the ZTElnk for my MTN ZLT M30S router. I was told to do this to be able to use the software to cancel all SMS’s cause the light of the SMS window on the router continues to flash. There is a button to select on the software “sms” but when I select it the programme buffers and says “waiting” and never opens the window. The software that was written for MTN to control the router must be faulty. I have rebooted the router. I have uninstalled the software and reinstalled. I have rebooted my phone.

Still the problem exists.

So just to clarify. 1 The sms light on the router flashes continuously 2. The ZTE software does not open the ”sms” Window to delete or read the sms’s
