MTN Umhlanga fails to exchange faulty phone within 6 months

I am returning a faulty Sony M5 phone for which i have a COL number. The problem is this phone is now off tge market - it had endless problems. The Umhlanga Coastlands branch wants to offer me either a lower spec phone for duration of my 24 month contract or if i take equivalent spec then i must pay in the difference on monthly contract. This contravenes the CPA. No manager available in store and phones not being answered. Contact me please.***

Thank you Ayanda, the problem was resolved. I ended up taking the problem to the MTN store in La Lucia Mall, they were extremely helpful. The phone was exchanged for a new one.
