MTN *****ulently upgrade our contract.

We have upgraded our business contract at MTN Springs Mall (Porche). They issue us with a Samsung phone without a charger stating we have to buy the charger at R499.00. We wasn't willing to do this and canceled the upgrade with immediate effect. 1.) MTN Springs Mall (Porche) went ahead and "capture" the upgrade without our consent (*****ulently) 2.) We have been paying for the upgrade since December 2023. To date we have not received any device although we are paying for it. The question arise what did the staff (Porche) do with the phone we refused to take??
