MTN *****ULENT UPGRADES

On the 8th January 2024 I received a debicheck notification from my bank to approve a debit order. I rejected the debicheck mandates 6 times. Upon approaching mtn branch I was told that an upgrade was done for an iphone 15 pro without my knowledge. On the same I wrote an email to MTN about the *****ulent activity. My matter was referred to sales department, I was even provided with a reference number. I Received no further feedback on the matter until I called MTN ***** department on the 25th of January 2024. I was told that my matter was never reported. Today MTN debited R1500 from my account without my approval. I am so disappointed by the company non responsiveness. ***** department informed me that it will take 21 days to provide with feedback on this matter.
