MTN *****ulent upgrade.

Got a call from MTN a few months back offering a special data deal. I was told that it would not affect my upgrade as there was no handset involved. Now I want to upgrade and I’m told my line was upgraded in Jan 2023. I visited MTN Kolonade … there I am told they cannot help me I must contact “MTN”. Soo who are they??
