Mtn *****ulent employee

I had contacted MTN to cancel my contract , however the guy at the cancellation department offered me a contract similar to the one I was going to take elsewhere, I clearly asked him if it is a month to month contract and he said yes I also asked if I want to cancel I can do so anytime he said yes so I agreed, few months later I get a call from mtn to offer me a product and during that call a lady informed me that I have a 36 month contract with mtn and I was shocked so I requested to get my recording, I was told I woll get a call back, I recieved another call from mtn again it was to offer me a product and again I related my issue and I was told I will get feedback and I haven't received I single word of feedback, I then personally phoned mtn to find out what is going on and after explains my problem to 10 different people I was told a team leader will call me at 11a.m till today no call I called mtn again to get feedback and again same problem I am told I will get feedback but I got no feedback, so when MTN wants to take my Money it is okay to call me 10 times but I can't get 1 call for 6 months to sort out my problem worst service I have ever received and I still till date have not got any feedback of an MTN employee *****ulently putting me on a contract
