MTN *****ulent *********** dishonest negligence

Canceled my 1 contract in December. Spoken to numerous consultants for assistance till 30th of May 2023 no luck. Put in a dispute with my bank where it was successful but was charged for placing the dispute. Today they blocked my number after speaking to 9 different consultants in different departments they tell me they will escalate my matter which takes 3 to 7 days and there's no other way my number can be reconnected unless i make the payment for the money i owe them. Obscured utterly disgraceful service! I am sick of MTN.
