MTN *****ulent contract - no resolution after months

MTN facilitated a *****ulent contract on my husband's name and refuses to cancel the contract and resolve the issue since February 2024 when we became aware of the situation. They are seemingly complicit to the ongoing crime through non-sensical responses to all correspondence from our side and avoidance of dealing with this issue. We have tried all avenues including ICASA and the Ombudsman, with no assistance whatsoever. Please heed this warning that MTN does not honor their own policies, does not provide needed assistance when complaints are raised and they seemingly facilitate ******** activity affecting innocent victims. Shocking service, ethics and professionalism.
