MTN *****ulent cellphone contract

I honestly believe that what is happening at MTN is internal. There is someone opening a contract using my details. I called before the process was at an advanced stage. The request was supposed to be stopped however I’m still receiving sms about the status of an application I’m not aware of. I have to now run around because of the inefficiencies and incompetence of MTN this is utter nonsense. I called was given a reference number and assured that the request will not proceed any further.
