MTN *****ulent bebit orders

Please be careful if you have a contract with MTN, they are working with lots of sub contract companies who will extend you contract without your knowledge and one of those companies is called Ignition based in Durban, they will tell you they are MTN Retensions Department they are ******* including their manage is Junaid Khan

MTN including this company is currently debiting my account and is refusing to refund me because the Retensions department is not under them, they have completely ignored my complaint.

MTN is *******ly using consumer to grow their business and using non compliant fly by night shady companies to reach thier targets.

I have escalate this with Ombudsman since MTN has ignore my complaint
