MTN: *****ulent Activity on My Profile and Mishandling of Personal Information

I recently discovered that my contact details were changed without my knowledge on my MTN profile, and a new order was placed — also without my consent.

After a 25-minute call to customer support and answering numerous security questions to regain control of my account, I received a confirmation email stating my details had been updated — yet to my shock, the *****ulent email address was CC’d in that very same message!

This is an extremely serious breach of my personal information. Not only did MTN allow unauthorized access, but they also shared communications with the *****ster, even after I verified myself and flagged the issue.

I have since requested a full investigation, and I expect MTN to reverse any changes and ensure no additional charges are billed to my account.

If this is not resolved immediately and professionally, I will escalate the matter further. MTN's handling of personal data and account security is beyond unacceptable. I have been a MTN customer since 1994!
