MTN *****ulent account and no response on my emails.

MTN opened a *****ulent account in my name. I have had contact with them, sent the requested documents, but nothing is happening. Irene Mthombeni contacted me. She has not responded my emails. MTN has subsequently handed me over to a debt collection agency, for account arrears - one that I do not have. MTN acknowledged that someone opened an account *****ulently.
