MTN *****ulent account

MTN South Africa opened a false contract number under my profile for 2 years, I logged a *****ulent case and I was promised that it will be investigated, and the money will be reversed back into my account. It is almost 6months and they have not resolved it instead they keep debiting from my bank account. Worse there is zero communication from MTN, regardless of all my attempts to contact them.

Anyone who wishes to open a contract with MTN I won't advise so. Otherwise, you will be ****med by them.

I am looking for avenues to open a *****ulent case against them.
