MTN *****ULANT DEALS

I have responded to an online deal on the MTN App. This deal offered a new cell phone plus a free tablet. The phone was delivered, but not the tablet.

For three weeks now we are trying to get the situation resolved without success. MTN operators/staff just pass the matter on to a next operator or division, providing useless reference numbers with every call. I have spent in excess of 20 hours holding on while irritating recordings play.
