Mtn *****ulant contract

Mtn behaves in a *****ulant way by deceiving you with their contracts. They tell you how good and loyal customer you are and that they will give a extra data contract for you for only R39 extra a month. You ask them if they are sure about the amount a few times and they confirm that it will only be R39 extra on your monthly bill. I was informed by a lady from mtn I can hand the routers at the mtn store. The mtn store did not want to take it and gave me a number to call to arrange a courrier for collection. They did not answer and I called again to take a screen recording that I tried to contact them. I emailed them about the complaint and that they must come and collect their routers. After about a month of their investigation they determint it was only a misunderstanding. I also requested for the voice recording but they never gave ot to me. Their legal binding phone contracts are a ****. Do not trust mtn when it comes to money and contracts. They know the whole process is time consumeing and people justgive up so that why they keep on doing what they do.
