MTN u useless excuse of a network

I’m getting really ****en feed up with MTN they are very ***********, I’ve been trying to blacklist my lost phone for the past 2 months so I can process my insurance claim but I can’t do it at the shop because they have changed there system and it doesn’t allow it to be blocked know it’s my problem like what bull**** is that and the staff at hoedspruit store are doing jack **** to help me I’ve asked nicely for a letter exposing y they can’t block it so I can send it to my insurance people yet I still haven’t got that letter, Secondly I’ve been paying for a data package which they have cut yet again but I’m still paying the same premium every month MTN stop ****en with me honestly I’m really ****ed hence the language
