MTN Tygervalley - useless store.
MTN Tygervalley
Useless. I bought both my parents new phones, and needed a SIM swap done. Prepaid on both phones. Did my dad's with no problem, a quick visit that needed only my driver's license - he wasn't even with me, I simply showed up with the SIM that needed to be upgraded. That was two weeks ago.
Showed up today to do my mother's - can't. Impossible. Needs a proof of address? What? Where is this stated? And not a driver's license, but an ID book or card? What the hell? This was TWO WEEKS ago I did the same thing! I was made to feel like an idiot, and your store staff are useless. "Policies and procedures!"
Train your staff! I realise motivation is low, but holy ****, at least be consistent! Don't let me do one thing one week and then refuse the next.
